Can I send a copy of the notarized Form DS through email or fax, or does the original copy need to be submitted? Note: The notary section of this form does not include a normal notarial certificate or venue. There are defective and deficient notarial sections on forms from federal, state and local government agencies, courts, law firms and financial institutions.
