We have over 15 years of experience under our belts in hybrid and e-vehicle development and have a profound knowledge of e-drive and actuators. Challenges: To reach a zero-emission mobility the electrification of vehicle powertrains will be necessary. How to combine compact and lightweight construction of high-power electronics under considering of passenger security? How to fit new technologies like SiC for e-Drive applications to extend functionality and maximize the performance?

A local database with test templates and application examples is located in your Documents and Settings folder. TXT and is automatically installed on your computer by the installation routine. From left to right: control menu; name of application; Windows standard buttons for maximizing, minimizing and closing the application. Menu bar. If you click a menu name, the associated pull-down menu opens.
The menus change, depending on the workflow step H. Toolbar for quick access to commonly used Windows standard commands. These commands are used in all workflow steps. A ToolTip is available for each icon. The ToolTip is displayed if you rest the pointer over the icon. Function bar. These icons enable you to quickly access commonly used commands in the current workflow step. Dimmed icons indicate that the related command is not available in the current status or for the selected object. Display and input area.
In this pane, you edit the required data on one or more tabs, depending on the current active workflow step. Drop-down lists, via which you can select depending on the currently activated workflow step the test or evaluation to be displayed: Starting with the Prepare Test worfklow you can select a test, version or result from the drop-down list. Starting with the Raw Data worfklow you can select an evaluation, variant or result. Status bar.
From left to right: current program status; progress indicator for the command being executed; current logged-on user; server name and database you are working with. The menu commands on the menu bar B and the view in the display and input area E change, depending on the current active workflow step.
If you switch between the individual workflow steps, the current view in the display and input area E will be saved and automatically restored when called up the next time.
For the current active workflow step, detailed information, display boxes and text boxes are available on one or more tabs to the right of the workflow toolbar. Workflow orientation is also reflected by the way how the tabs are arranged: each tab is edited from left to right.
The way in which you proceed on the various tabs is determined by the arrangement of the icons on the function bar - from left to right. Project Administration enables you to create projects, tests and evaluations and administrate them in a clear structure comparable to Windows Explorer.
Step 2: Prepare Test is the first step of the tests workflow where you set up test runs specifying test run parameters and global parameters. Test sequences enable you to create a list of tests and run operating points individually for each iProcedure.
You can even run different versions of a test in a test sequence. Step 4: Run Test is the second step of the tests workflow where you execute test runs, change or create test run designs. The Test Run Mode of the Run Test workflow step, enables you to load, start and control test runs that you have parameterized in the Prepare Test workflow. The Design Mode enables you to change the way test runs are displayed.
You can load and use these changed display versions for your test runs. You can save online layouts with the current test, load previously stored layouts, delete layouts from the currents test and set default layouts.
Step 5: Test Results is the third step of the tests workflow where you can preview test results and save data. Step 7: Modeling is the second step of the evaluations workflow, where you build second order or higher order polynomial models for measurement channels relevant for evaluation. You use graphics to analyze model results, apply statistical criteria and edit model results by using algorithms to automatically transform models or reduce the model order.
After completing optimization, you can verify the optimization results in a test run on the test bed to see whether the optimum can also be achieved on a real engine and the optimization cycle was successful or if further optimization is necessary.
Step 9: Response Maps is the fourth step in the tests workflow where you can define map slices for variations of already built models, import variation lists, select type and range for the calculation and get a look on model responses. After having built at least one model, you can immediately edit variations in this workflow step. Workflow: Get more information!
